Who we are

We’re Hannah and Anjay, the wife-and-husband duo behind Hanjay Cafe.

Our story began on a grueling bike ride in Mallorca in 2016, chit chatting all the way up Sa Calobra’s 26 hairpin turns. At the peak we turned to each other and said “Now where’s the coffee?”

Five continents and umpteen international cafes later, we created our own mountaintop coffee shop right in our hometown of Los Angeles. We love serving our top shelf coffee to bikers, hikers, horseback riders, and life-enjoyers of all kinds.
